We develop inspection machines for rotor and stator stacks in the electric motor field.
Our machines carry out dimensional, shape, and further feature checks on the stack, by means of mechanical devices, laser, or vision systems. The making process knowledge has led Dema to develop efficient and repeatable inspecting solutions keeping in mind the non-homogeneous nature of the objects to inspect.
Best performances
In order to avoid inconveniences in the next production phases and to ensure the best performances, it's necessary to inspect 100% in-line many features of the stator or rotor stack.
