Stacking

THE PROCESS

Stacking: the activity of selection and formation of the rotor or stator stack starting from loose.

The process permits the selection of loose lamination portions from a vertical storage. Those portions are compensated and assembled to produce the stator or rotor stack. Thanks to the developed technologies, Dema machines are able to handle any kind of laminations.

  • BIG DIAMETER LAMINATIONS
  • SMALL DIAMETER LAMINATIONS
  • THIN LAMINATIONS
  • LAMINATIONS WITH ANY KIND OF GEOMETRY
